✦USAGE RIGHTS
• Commissioned artwork is for personal use unless commercial use is discussed beforehand.
• You may post the artwork on social media or portfolios with credit to RottenPoppy.
• Please do not claim the artwork as your own or remove my watermark.
• AI training, NFTs, and other AI-related uses are not permitted.
Commercial use (merchandise, book covers, advertisements, etc.) requires an additional fee.
• You retain ownership of your character; I retain the rights to the artwork I create✦PAYMENT
• Payment via PayPal (USD).
• Required to pay 50% of the price after sketch. The remaining 50% is to be paid before the final artwork is delivered.
• Estimated turnaround: 1-2 weeks, depending on commission queue and complexity.
• Work will begin once the commission is confirmed. I will not begin work until payment (or deposit) is confirmed received.✦REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• You may cancel your commission before I begin working on it for a full refund.
• Once work has started, refunds may be partial depending on how much work has already been completed.
• Completed work is generally non-refundable.
• If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a refund for the unfinished portion of the commission.
• Please contact me before filing a PayPal dispute. I will do my best to resolve payment issues directly.✦COMMISSION PROCESS
• Please provide clear references and instructions when ordering.
• I may ask for clarification before accepting a commission.
• Once the commission is accepted, it will be added to my queue.
• You may request reasonable changes during the sketch stage. Major changes requested after the sketch has been approved may require an additional fee.
• Once a sketch has been approved, please understand that major changes may no longer be free.
• Please understand that the final artwork may have minor differences from the reference or initial sketch.✦COMMISSIONER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Please provide accurate references and instructions.
• Please respond to questions or approval requests in a reasonable amount of time.
• Delayed responses may extend the commission's turnaround time.
